For the clients and partners shown below, I have taken unformed ideas and developed the program vision, goals, strategy, and tactics.  These programs have resulted in sales of sustainable products, large media attention, and better environmental laws.  I also personally implemented two of these programs—each with annual revenue over $1 million.

Developed strategic plan and research for two new giving areas to connect scientists with the world.
Haas Berkeley School of Business
Conducted landscape analysis and strategic planning to show how business schools can elevate social impact and corporate social responsibility.
Developing strategic priorities and fundraising plan for expansion of East Palo Alto middle school education program that provides academic and social emotional support to low-income, at-risk youth.
San Francisco Goodwill
Created program fundraising strategy and plan for new business opportunities in textile recycling.
Ocean Conservancy
As Acting Director for two years, created and implemented strategy for Trash Free Seas Program and Trash Free Seas Alliance. Established science working group that created first peer-reviewed (hyperlink to Dambeck paper) global assessment of plastic input into oceans and established a cross-sector Alliance to find solutions to stop ocean trash input.
California Council on Science & Technology
Created strategic plans for:
1) the organization
2) its successful science/policy Fellowship program.
Parks Conservancy
Developed and implemented strategy for Food for the Parks program that resulted in decision by the Director of the National Park Service to require sustainability criteria in all food contracts—a decision that improved 290 million meals per year.
Council on Foundations
Led working group of Foundation CEOs to develop content for environmental issues conference track.
